We stand behind every egg, bird and bag we sell. If something is not right, we make it right.
01Our freshness promise
- Eggs that are not fresh or arrive broken are replaced free.
- Tell us within 24 hours with a photo.
- We replace them on the next delivery or refund you.
02Healthy-bird guarantee
- Birds that fall sick within 7 days are checked by our vet.
- Birds that are not healthy are replaced or refunded.
- Please follow the care sheet that comes with the birds.
03Feed and supplies
- Unopened bags can be returned within 7 days.
- Damaged bags or trays are replaced at once.
04Refunds
Refunds go back the way you paid — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, card or cash — within three working days.
